1. Promotional Packages and Refunds
Treatment packages purchased at a promotional or discounted price constitute a bundled service package.
Once any treatment within the package has commenced, the service is considered initiated in accordance with applicable consumer service regulations, and the package is therefore non-refundable, either in whole or in part.
2. Commencement of Treatment and Time Reservation
The commencement of a treatment package also entails the reservation and blocking of treatment time in the clinic’s booking system. This time reservation is considered an integral part of the initiated service.
3. Results and Scope of Treatment
The results of aesthetic laser treatments are individual and depend on several factors, such as skin type, previous treatments, scar formation, and the body’s biological response.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee in advance the number of treatments required or the treatment timeframe, even if the goal is complete removal or maximum improvement.
4. Cancellation and No-Show
Cancellations must be made no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.
In the event of late cancellation or failure to attend, the booked treatment will be deducted from the package or charged in accordance with the applicable price list, as the appointment time has been reserved exclusively for the client.
5. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and commencing treatment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.
