Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Cancellations can be made in two ways:
Self-service – Click on the cancellation button in the booking confirmation email sent to the email address you provided when booking.
By phone – Call us directly to cancel your appointment.
Cancellations via email or SMS are not accepted.
